Social media is the marketplace of engagement, a powerful way to reach your customers and for them to communicate back. An executive with a design-led approach will understand how to constantly shift, change and maximize all that their social channels can bring.

Program Overview

Today, social media platforms exist at the center of the marketing universe. To meaningfully engage with audiences and drive sales, fashion brands must invest in out-of-the-box social media strategies. But how do brands forge a communications identity to an audience of consumers who are demanding a shift toward inclusive, diverse, gender fluid, disability-friendly, climate aware, and size-inclusive values? This change requires a complete restructuring of fashion industry image-making and storytelling strategies as we know them.

In this 5-day intensive program, participants will explore ways to re-think, build, and bring their brand to life through the lens of social media, challenging norms and testing new ground in customer engagement.

Leveraging Parsons’ unique design-led approach, world-renowned fashion faculty, and insights from industry experts in social media engagement and fashion communication innovation, this course puts you at the center of a virtual laboratory of ideas for the future of social platforms, digital communication, and brand building.
